Question about XFX GeForce 6200TC Graphic Card
Probably a driver issue. Try Windows Update and select custom. Maybe there is an updated driver available, or there could be a driver conflict (wrong driver installed). At worst, it could be an issue with your screen itself or possibly even the motherboard. But I doubt it. If you can't find anything there, try http://www.toshiba.com
