Question about Motorola Mobility V710
I can't hear the incoming call ringing. The display does flash. Check all the settings. NO problem with listening to the call or with my voice being heard by the receiving caller.
Hello, Push the center button(in the middle of the four directional arrows). Scroll over to the screwdriver/wrench icon and select it. Scroll down to the "Audio" line and select it. Scroll down to "Loud Detail" and select it. Set "Ring Volume" to a higher number(I use 7). Have someone call you and you should be set. If this doesn't work, with the phone open, look at the two buttons on the left side of the phone, push the top button until you have your desired ring volume. Good luck!
