Make sure it is taking in the sound, go to "start", then "all programs", "accessories", then "entertainment", then volume control. Now here you have the bar controls you can turn up and down. Now I think it's the line in, but it may be another, make sure they're up in volume or else it won't track recording.

if your mic is still proper working in your skype ?? there is no problem with your mic and cam.so you must reinstall the latest version of oovoo messenger. if u still have the same issue may be your cam and mic configuration of your oovoo messenger is wrong.thank u.

Do you have two mics or not, well if you have one you may have to delete one of them or both.Reboot the computer windows will install the drivers and this should fix this If not un-install the sound card drivers.Windows should reinstall once you reboot. However before you do make sure you have a copy of the sound drivers to reinstall.
Good luck

Mic is not working

  • check the sound adapter on the system-device manager, check if it is properly working or else
  • install sound driver/ motherborad driver (if built-in)
  • check the mic volume set it to highest possible volume.
  • use other/external mic device/s, it can be the internal mic built in has the problem

I have a mac G3, and have os x ver. 10.3.9 I just bought the logitech E3560 webcam, how can I install it? It's not loading anything from the installation disk!

It sounds like your camera is not compatible with Mac OS. The disc may only have the software for Windows. Go to Logitech web site and see if you can find the software for Mac.
