-   is the coupler the plastic/ rubber componet? If so it is still connected and intact. Is the any componate that works loke a clutch or something. I can hear motor spinning but no movement. -   Guest

IF THIS IS A DIRECT DRIVE TOP LOADER CHECK MOTOR COUPLER. THIS IS PLASTIC LOCATED BETWEEN MOTOR AND TRANSMISSION UNDERNEATH THE UNIT.
