Memory Full? I tried to record a new message for my answering machine, but when I hold down the "greeting" button to do that it doesn't work. After the phone voice tells me to record my new message after the beep, the phone beeps, and then beeps again instantly and tells me that the memory is full. I don't have any messages on the machine, nor any phone numbers in caller ID. Is there a way to wipe the memory? Am I just missing something? Thanks for any help! SepSep

I unplugged my power supply cord from back of phone and replug it again, I found there were in fact four messages. After I deleted them I was able to use the memo button again. So perhaps this willhelp you, too. Ackey320

How do I record a new message please? I have a Uniden N32 phone with base station and three handsets. The recorded message was lost when we had a black-out.

There should be a button that reads "greeting".If there is no button that says "record" or "rec",then just hold down the greeting button and it should prompt you to record. It seems odd though, the digital answering machines usually hold their greeting even when losing power and coming back on.If it currently gives a "computer voice" greeting it should not be a problem. If there is no "computer" greeting, there may be a problem.Good luck.
