YOU NEED TO INSTALL WINDOW AGAIN

Hmmm well thats not good... usually that error is telling you that there is a file that has become corrupted.. or that part of the hard drive is, to me it sounds like the latter... seems to me as if your drive has gone south. Perhaps that was the reason for it being "Slow" .. You could try to recover it? but first I think it would be best to test the disk. They are pretty easy to replace ... You are going to need your Windows CD/DVD. Run the setup through and windows will test your drive for suitability, it is real "picky" so it will tell if it's OK or not.
