Need to take off parental locks without the remote?

We have somehow managed to lock your TV out of viewing any shows over a G rating. With no TV remote. We have DISH Network, and the DISH remote isn't programmed to run our TV. so no one knows how to fix it. I'm just curious if there's some way to bypass this feature, or if we just need to buy a universal remote, cause god knows where the original one went. Please respond ASAP.
