Call the mfr and let them know what you need. You can clean the porcelain of the oven. Just don't use too much elbow grease when scrubbing. Use a steel wool pad as easy as you can but hard enough to clean it. If you scrape of the porcelain, then it will be hard to clean from now on. It is like taking the pocelain off your teeth. It will catch everything coming and going.

We can't get our flat oven racks in our wall oven - our electrician in to look and he wondered if they were the wrong ones.

We really need a tiny bit of clarification.... Do the oven racks go in at all? Most oven racks have a "bend" in the rear of the rack that requires you to lift up the front as you insert it into the tracks. There is a "bump" at the front of the tracks that this bent part of the rack needs to go under. This is in order to keep the racks from falling out if pulled out too far when removing items. If your racks are either too wide or too narrow to fit at all, then you likely have the wrong racks.
Hope this was helpful, and if it was please thumbs up my response.

How do i replace oven heat element? It is a GE Profile electric glass top range, model # JBP90WV2WW serial # ZM203767G

Turn off the power to the oven. Remove the oven racks. Unscrew the element retaining screws on the rear wall. Carefully pull the terminals out of the back wall of the oven. Remove the wires. Place the wires on the new element, slide it into the opening, tighten the screws, replace the racks, turn on the power.
