Question about Samsung J700 Cellular Phone
On my cell phone the keys light up but the screen is black
The screen may have become "unplugged" or damaged, if its under warranty then take it back.
Have you tried turning it on while charging?
If your not that excited about taking it apart then take it to a specialist.
But if you don't mind breaking it even more than it is, then you can relax risk it and open it up, normally you will need: a torx 6 screw driver, a thin bunt blade. A big clean workspace (bench), and a good light.
Finally google around or check on youtube for a good guide on taking apart this phone or one similar, you could start by searching youtube to see whats involved.
Hope this helps,
