Question about Dell A940 All-In-One InkJet Printer
If you have replaced the cartridge with a new one, and you have cleaned the little copper contacts both in the printer and on he cartridge, but it still does note recognize the ink you have two options:
1. The ink cartridge is defective and you need to get a new one.
2. The printer has given up and you have to get another one. It's your choice on this--a new cartridge would be less expensive, but if it doesn't work, then that means a new printer.
