No, the coil does not get that hot, the super glue is just there to harden and stop the coils from vibrating - this is a common problem on Sony tv's too.

My Black & Decker D2030 Iron fell on the floor and it is leaking water from the tank - can it be repaired?

if the crack is visible and isn't on a part that gets heated then super glue will work 4 you , plus if you cant access the crack a separate 99 cent squirt bottle kept handy will still allow you to use the iron ,just squirt and swipe the iron across the surface ,steam will be made if irons hot enough

Problem starting

When you turn the key to on before start do you hear the fuel pump whine for a few seconds? If you hear the whine it could be fuel filter or no spark. If no whine squirt gas into throttle. Then start the car if it starts the problem is in fuel delivery (bad fuel filter, fuel pump or fuel pump fuse). If it did not start then its spark related(cam or crankshaft sensor, ignition coil)

My glue gun stopped squirting melted glue. The volt of the outlet is 250v. My gun's volt is 230v.

Is the glue not heating at all? or is it melting but just not squirting out? In general, a 230 volt gun should work in a 250 volt outlet. If it was bought in Europe, Australia, etc. than it might have different wiring that would cause a problem for use in America, but if you bought it in the states, the problem must be with the gun itself

Stripped screw

Are you able to grab the screw's head with pliers? If so, you may be able to get a firm enough grip to manually twist it out until it is free. If not, you may have to resort to super glue and a cheap screwdriver that you are willing to sacrifice. Heavily glue the screwdriver into the screw and hold while it dries, then unscrew it and throw the whole mess away.

If you end up damaging the sides of the hole in the cabinet, you can squirt in wood glue, then hammer in a wooden golf tee to have a fresh material for a new screw. Good luck!

Audi a3 black edition head liner has a small cigarette burn

Youre going to need a razor blade and some super glue. Take the razor blade and SCRAPE some fuzz from an inconspicuous spot of the headliner(maybe under a trim piece or light bezel) apply a small amount of glue to the burn, Then after you apply the glue, take the fuzz that you accumulated and apply to the glue. Lightly.

D52w23 rca makes an awful loud high pitched whine

This is a coil, now a NOISY coil.. It is a common problem, and happens often. The whine is caused by current passing thru the copper windings and making them vibrate! A commonly accepted repair for this situation is to squirt some regular old super glue into the copper windings and let it harden for a few minutes..Viola! no more whine!
