Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

If there are no volume buttons on the device, and you know it is switched to the correct source, then yes, you'll need a remote.

I cant turn up the volume on the second cordless phone. how is this done/

Do you want to turn up the ringer volume or the call volume?
To adjust the volume of the ringer press the UP or DOWN arrow on the pad to bring up the main menu. Move to the 'Handset setup' icon and press OK. Select 'Ringer Setup' and press OK. Now select 'Ringer Volume' and OK. (At this point if you have 2 incoming lines you will need to select the correct line). The display will now show the volume, use the UP and DOWN arrows to adjust the volume. When finished press the OK button, then press the CALL END button to return to the main screen.
Adjusting the call volume is easier. When you are on a call use the UP and DOWN arrows to alter the volume.
I hope this helps.

Basically you cant unlock the voulume if you dont know the password. You would probably have to reset your iPod in order to adjust your volume and when you put a new password in be sure to remember it.

Cant see top 2" of program

Try going to the service mode. I think it goes like this. Press menu, and hold it. Then press volume up and volume down at the same time for 8 seconds. Then you should be able to go to service mode. scroll down till you find the adjustment for vertical size, the top part. If the service mode proceedure I gave you is wrong, You can try asking someone else here if they know how to go into service mode for your particular model.
