After having the Motorola H710 ear Bluetooth for 2 weeks, the person on the other side has a hard time hearing me. At 1st we thought this was on of the best ear buds we have worked with but after
    2 weeks we are unsure.

Try pressing both volume buttons at the same time to "unmute" the call. Not sure if that's the problem... There are video intstructions for H710 Motorola headset on under Electronics. And the Quick Start video chapter has Mute/Unmute instruction. No idea if that's exactly your problem... I always assumed that when you mute they can't hear you, and you can't hear them, but maybe that's just a strange "mute" function that you are experiencing.

Also try pairing your phone to headset again. There are actually 2 chapters on pairing on if you don't remember how to do it. They are not for Blackberry phone (motorola and nokia phones) but it should give you a general pattern to follow.

Just went through the same problem twice. As this is the second set is gone bad the same way. So this time outa warranty and in an angry bastardly mood I decided to fix this M^%$#% blue tooth. The problem is the microphone protective layer wich gets saturated after time.

Steps to fix it :

a) If you have warranty get a new replacement or :

b) If you don't have warranty.

You'll need small scisors, twizers, pacience.

Open the boom and then start peeling off the protective gray silicon layer off the boom( covering the microphone) don't scratch or damage the metal part wich has 3 small holes then call someone and you are set. It worked for me so It can for you. Let me know if this helps.

I could hear them but they cant hear me..

This could be due to a phone setting.
You probably have the phone or the blue tooth in the "mute mode"
check you instruction manual or the phone settings to see if you have it voice muted for privacy.

Everyone else can hear me, but I can't hear them...?

How long have you charged it? Often when you just get them they do not have a full charge and may take a number of hours to charge properly. Try charging it overnight and checking again in the morning. If you are still having problems it must be the device and a return would be in order.

Blue tooth adapter and hs850 headset on my computer

Yes, you need the blue tooth driver. The one that comes with your blue tooth "toggle". Although my laptop said "blue tooth compatible" I still needed a toggle. They are fairly cheap to buy and go into a USB port.
