Question about Car Audio & Video

My battery had to get changed and now I need a security code to get it working again. I was never given it and when I called the dealer from where I bought the car they said they threw out my file because it had been over 2 years. How do I get it unlocked?

You need the radio security code, it was given you when the truck was purchased new. If you are not the owner then go here for help or the dealer.

I need My Nokia Security code for Model 3555 I have tried the ones that websites have given and nothing has worked my EMEI number is 357696/01/068605/7

The default Security code is 12345.

If you changed it and forgot the security code please contacts your device dealer. They will provide you the default security code so that you can use your phone.

This security lock prevents thieves from being able to make use of stolen handsets that is why it can only be unlocked by authorized device dealers.

Thank You

Changed battery 3 times in 5 years with a/c delco. Radio did not work so we reboot. Now security info comes on stating car may not start. What's the problem?

When the battery is removed it sets a security alert code. You should have a code in manual to reset the audio security issue. If no code call local dealer and have VIN # ready.

Code for the radio am and fm on security loc i was changing the battery and the radio won't come on it just reads loc

it needs to be called in to the MFG ..or dealer it is a anti theft deterrent and only a dealer can make the call ...Otherwise perhaps the previous owner wrote the code down in the Owners Manuel .

Battery went dead need a code for the radio

You'll have to call the dealer sorry thats why its a security code they aren't all the same. Otherwise it wouldn't be secure.

Most experts wont answer a lot of questions that have a negative result like this one where the user is turned away, But the truth is we cant help with this.
they feel we will be given a bad rating for telling the truth please don't negatively rate me for giving you the answer.

If you're talking about the Anti-Theft Security code for your radio, I'm fairly sure that only a BMW Dealership would be able to retrieve and reset the radio.

You could also try disconnecting the battery terminals for 10-20 minutes, and see if it resets.
