Do you have the remote and if so have you tried to do a reset?
Most likely your battery is dead. As in cannot be charged anymore. The good news is that the battery is replaceable. You can sometimes find them on E-Bay for around $20 and they are fairly simple to replace.

Mine did that to me a few times. One thing you could try is to make sure the driver is activated. Do this by using the start menu and clicking run. then type in msconfig. the go to the tab services, and make sure the program Mrobeservice is checked and running. Hope that helps!
Hey, sorry you havn't received a solution for your m:robe till now, you've probably already fixed the problem. But if not, I'd suggest taking it back to the store that you bought it from, then they can send it back to the 'Customer support centre'. I had the exact problem happen to me and I just had it sent away, it came back fine. Hope that helps:)
