When the delivery is on its way to you there will be another message on the site where you check. Usually microsoft can take up to two weeks to deliver it but i say generally it takes a week. If it has been long and you are worried about your packeage then contact micrsoft on 08005871102 and enquire about it having your number to hand. Hope this helps :)

No power to the console

This has all the tell-tale signs of a blown fuse, and although I've never serviced and Xbox for this problem, I have successfully with other game systems.
I suggest opening it up and having a look for blown fuses.

I plug the xbox 360 in then air comes out the back of the xbox

Hi this is the same and similar fault to the dreaded 3rrod but with a different outcome. the mainboard warps with too much heat and as a result the lead free solder cracks causing this and other similar problems.

we can fix this np for you and get your xbox 360 back to normal if you live in the Uk. we can fix this for £40 including return delivery to your door.

the board needs something called a reflow, the xclamps replaced and heat conducting pads to the memory chips. we also give xbox 360's a good service when we do the repair too.

Xbox 360

This is due to overheating and the mainboard warps, because of this the lead free solder cracks and causes exactly the problems you are describing. the machine is quite an old one and this is a common fault, we can get the machine back to normal again for you for £40 which includes return delivery.
We reflow the mainboard which in turn re-seats all of the lead free solder recifying any problems. We add heat conducting pads to the memory chips and we totally replace the X-clamps because the design is a flawed one.

All of this is covered in the price.

This is due to overheating but cleaning dust out wont help you much, this happens when the machine overheats and the mainboard warps, because of this the lead free solder cracks and causes exactly the problems you are describing. if the machine is quite an old one and this is a common fault, we can get the machine back to normal again for you for £40 which includes return delivery.

Canonot play dlc from Rock Band 2 after return/repair of Xbox 360

I had this very same problem and after transferring the licenses I was able to play the songs again. This was ONE GIANT PAIN IN THE **** too. As for Microsoft Support, they do not do it because when you sent in your console for repair it did not have the hard drive, so it is up to the customer.

Good Luck

My xbox 360 only plays copies some of the time

your laser is nearly dead and needs replacing, the ticking sound indicates that the laser is at the end of its lifespan OR possibly needs cleaning and the power adjusting.

we can fix this for only £40 inc return delivery to your door.

On certian games, spiderman 3 , saints row & others, my xbox 360 freezes,I have it well vent.and a laptop cooling fan under it. Any thoughts?

I have an older 360 that was doing the same thing. It was purchased in 2007. We just bought one for our daughter this past Christmas and hers hasn't done it yet. The newer Xbox 360 is a lot louder than my old one. I just sent my old one in to be serviced due to freeze up, false clean disc comments, and a wobbleing/rattleing noise when disc was starting and stopping. If yours is still covered under warranty I would send it back. I purchased the extended warranty, thankfully, for 2 years after the manuf. warranty. I don't know if you can purchase it after you purchase the Xbox 360 or not. You may want to check into it. IT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY. I got it on both systems, mine and my daughters. The big thing is acting on the problem ASAP after you start noticing it before the warranty runs out!

Why does my stupid xbox 360 constantly brake?

You might want to buy a cooling fan that clips on the back or is like a base that the 360 sets in. My son has one and the unit keeps the 360 cool all night long.

Xbox 360 problem

If it freezes, it is one of two things, either it has overheated, in which case you need to move it into a more open space, so that it can get more airflow. Or the graphics chip is malfunctioning, in which case you need to contact the Xbox people @ 1-800-4my-XBox and have them send you a shipping box to send to the repair center. This is a free service since you are under warranty, but you won't have your console back for at least 4 weeks.

Microsoft not standing up to there side of my warnty

Hey Nick1463,

In order for either Microsoft or UPS to be able to resolve this problem, you will need to locate one of two things: the Microsoft reference number provided to you when you sent your original XBox 360 in for repairs, or the UPS tracking number(s) for your original XBox 360 and the one you received in error.

Having the Microsoft reference number is generally the ideal way to obtain a resolution, as it allows XBox technical support agents to track where your XBox may have been shipped to, as well as locate the proper UPS tracking number. You normally can find at least one of these numbers by referring to your repair invoice/receipt, and or by checking the labels on the box that was shipped back to you.

Please keep in mind that most repair facilities and services are able to track items they repair if one (or more) customer receives the wrong product back. Due to privacy concerns however, they are generally only able to provide account and shipment information to the person that actually registered the product or requested repairs.

Hope this helps you out.

Sincerely,
Aaron
