click menu 3 times. click either repeat/rew or skip/ff to set to either 2 for 2 rings or 4 for 4 rings or 6 for 6 rings or h5 for toll saver THEN press set/ringer to save your change. Answering machine will answer after 4 rings if you wanted the 4 & saved by pressing set/ringer. Thats all there is to it.

If a Night Service key will be used to activate auto attendant answering, leave Ans: at No. 7 – If line has been changed to Ans:AA, press * then press TABLE. 8 – If Table:1 is OK press RINGS. Change to a different table (1-4) if alternate answering is required on the line being programmed.) 9 – Rings:0 – Press CHNG, dial number of rings before auto attendant answers the line, or leave at 0 for immediate answering. Notes For Night Service Mode Auto Attendant Answering If the auto attendant will only answer lines in night service mode, line answering should be set to No as per step 6 above.
