Question about Computers & Internet
No matter what I pick in safe mode it just keeps going back and forth every 30 seconds, From Windows Media Screen to Toshiba Screen to Safe mode option screen, I,ve tried pulling the battery and unplug to see if it would completly lose power to force it to START up normal. Nothing. It wont even attempt to read the RESTORE DISK.
Keep the battery unplugged but make sure you have the power cord still plugged in, and when you see the toshiba screen press F8 i believe or F1. In there you need to change to the boot order so that the CDrom boots first if you want to try and restore from CD
