I have a new computer with windows vista and now my 5160 labels print with the top line above the edge of the label. I was trying to manually change the margins etc. (I often have to do this in MS Access because the label wizard is incorrect) but it's all in centimeters! My regional settings are for the US so I don't understand why the labels are in cms.

Please use your manual to follow the initial set of instructions that you used to setup label printing on your Zebra device. Then, you can run a few test prints to make sure that everything is working properly. Otherwise, you might need a factory reset.

check and see if the paper size from the document and the printer are the same with the label sheet.

I eventually managed to print my labels one sheet at a time by forcing the label top edge down the page. You can insert one or two lines above the label template and adjust the font size to get the right distance. It took a bit of trial & error but got there in the end. Hope it helps you

Go to the label creator in your Roxio 6, Click on EDIT, then click on PREFERENCES, go to the DISC tab and unclick the "Print Disc cut Lines" and the "Print Disc outline" boxes. This should fix your problem.

vista might be a problem,
try this, try to install hp deskjet 990c from add printer in control panel ,
frist select the manufacturer as hp and after that select the model ,

try printing with this printer ok
