Cannot complete installation of or remove adobe 8.1.1

When i try to run adobe or uninstall it I recieve the message

Error 1327.Invalid Drive F:\

I don't believe i have a drive F although i don't know what my USB drives would be.

Are you installing from an iso file? (or any other image file)
If so, you must first extract all of the files and run it from the files not the image.

"error 1327.invalid Drive:K:\"displays during re-install of G3010
If you have had an HP printer installed before on this machine, you may have to run a cleaner for that . Go to Hp.com and check it out using their faqs. They usually have them listed with downlaods for a paricular series. Also, check to make sure that the printer was completely uninstalled.

Are you sure that's the correct startup file? Look for setup.exe or right click on Autorun and select run. You should be able to select the install directory if you want.

Teh cd that is supplied tries to load to the F drive. My computer and most do not hav a F drive. I hd to hook up an externial drive that is logged in as f to get the drivers to down load. Once I did that it worked fine.

Error code during adobe acrobat 7.0 install

Hit Start, Run and type Regedit

Find the following HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows| CurrentVersion\ Explorer\User Shell Folders

In the right pane - see if these is any entries which has an F or any other alphabelts not C (your OP folder) modify data to C:\

Hopefully it works for others.

Damaged adobe reader 8 damaged
if you get this error message when you try to open a particular file. the problem could probably be in the .pdf file and not the software. if this is not the case, uninstall adobe reader completely and reinstall it. if this docent work. download the latest version of adobe reader from the adobe site and try installing it again.
