Tail light does not work

My driver side tail light is out. Allow me to clarify. When you turn the running lights on the passenger side tail light comes on but not the driver side light. Every other function of the driver side light works. turn signal, brakes, and emergency flashers.

I have no schematic to troubleshoot.

Check for battery voltage on the violet/white wire at the tail light socket. If no power at tail lights but you do have front parking lights, check at Splice #112 located near the radiator on passenger side

2007 Dodge RAM My rear running lights work. Drivers rear brake light and third brake light work, but passenger rear brake light does not work. Lights are LED.

You have a short in the cross over wire. Almost all cars and trucks have one main break wire with a second wire "y" in off to the passenger side . You could just wire in a cross over and disconnect the old one.

99 mercury mystide had rear running light broken

If the driver's side tail light is working, it's not a fuse. Use a test light to check for power at the bulb holder. One terminal will be for tail light, the other for brake/turn light. If the is constant power for tail light, replace bulb. If no power, trace wiring from bulb holder to driver's side junction. Probable broken wire between the two tail lights.
