It is a problem with the Print Spooler which is creating a problem the print spooler has got corrupted need to do few troubleshooting steps
1.go to start menu 2.click on search button and type services.msc 3.Then find print spooler and stop and restart the print spooler 4.restart the pc 5.check if it works fine or not 6.if the same problem stays reload the operating system
Try reloading the driver after uninstalling the previous driver and restart.
Check if any viruses present or if possible, try reloading the OS.
Check the printer by connecting it to another system.
Still if the problem persists then get the printer serviced by a technician.
Quit reloading same driver and look for new updated drivers that will run on your operating system.
Try reverting back to your old operating system if you recently upgraded to the new operating system.
Check to see if the cutter module has fallen off the print heaqd carriage. A common problem. It is a blue module that snaps into the left side of the carriage. Usually if it has fallen out, it can be found in the far left end of the printer, so you have to stop the printer, lift the lid and stick your hand into the left cave.
