Question about Logitech MX1000 Laser Cordless (097855023933) Mouse
Hi! My Mx 1000 (its from the Media Desktop diNovo Laser) mouse wheel stoped scrolling for no apparent reason... i have the most recent Set Point, and i already tryed reainstaling everything.. i even formated the HD... Can someone please help me?:)
I'm assuming the mouse tracking and buttons do work. If you have gone to the extreme of reinstalling the OS as well as the mouse drivers I would next suggest you try connecting the mouse to a new PC. If the problem follows you to the new PC you mouse is damaged and there is literally not much the user can do except: -make sure the bottom of the mouse is clean -Try a different mouse surface; some surfaces don?t react well optically. Try calling Logitech, you may still be in warranty and who knows you may get a nice tech who will work with you to replace it. Never hurts to try.
