Question about Acer Aspire M1100-U1402A Refurbished AMD Desktop PC - AMD Athlon X2 4400+ , 2GB DDR2, 320 SATA II, D
Desktop philips iqon, 3.06ghz intel celeron r,original chip(memory) was 256 meg, took it to shop he just said it was my board (yeah right),incidently the board is a foxxcom, so one memory slot used (2gig) only 1 gig detected? bios is set to auto detect chip speed, and thats as much as i know(i have no manual, just got it 2 days ago) ddr2 is brand new
Here is the download ASER support website for your model desktop. My guess is that the BIos was not written to see more than one GB per slot. Download a manual to confirm.
