I have PCI ES 1371 ES 373. Creative Sound Blaster -used to work and now not working. I have not changed any settings on my machine

WHEN YOU PLUG IN THE SOUND CARD WHAT DOES IT DO OR DOESNT DO?

IS THERE ANYOTHER CARDS PLUGED INTO THE MOTHERBOARD TOO.
DID YOU REMOVE OLD DRIVERS FIRST,
ARE YOU HAVING ANY OTHER PROBLEMS RUNNING OF SOFTWARE.

Sound Blaster Live PCI is what this is called.

This card was also used in Dell Dimension 8100 systems, so you might get that driver.
