The monitor of my plasma TV shows no sign of receiving power, while the receiver is fully functional. All the cords are attached correctly and I unplugged and replugged all of them. Why doesn't the monitor work?
Does the led flashes like 13 times and stay one color? Do you hear any pop from back?

You probably have a broken TV if it's still under warranty you should call the manufacturer.
