Question about Sears TGE MP3 Player
When I try to put music on my player it gives me the message that my mp3 player has been disconnected, or has stopped working. I have had it for almost a year now, and have had no problems with it until now. I have tried in winamp, and windows media player, as well as opening the music file in the player and trying to put the music directly into it. Nothing is working.
The only solution I have found for mine was looking up their firmware updates and thus far it has worked for me. I dont care how many times I post the link, I am happy to have fixed mine. http://www.tgegroup.com/en/support/users.htm

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
