Hi there, in reply to the solution i've been sent regarding my Sony Ericsson k750i mobile (about transferring photos and videos from sim card AND the phones memory also to my computer) , the same thing is happening when i connect to the computer, it transfers only a few photos and usually 1 maybe 2 video recordings if i'm lucky, i don't know the exact amount of videos i've got on it but it's certainly over 20 and i must have 40 photos or more, these have been on the mobile since i bought it back at Christmas 2006, i'd like to have them all on computer so i can delete everything and start again, i'm constantly told my memory space is full meaning i have to delete one or two if i want to take a new video or photo, thanks for trying to help though, it's apreciated.

Hi sir,
You can tarnsfer all the photos to your computer by using the data transfer cable that comes along woth the mobile phone. Insert one end of the cable in ur phone and ther other end in your laptop/computer where USB sign is given. The laptop/computer would detect a new object and open all the data avilable in your mobile. You can select the photos from those folders and copy them and then paste them on your desktop. All the photos in ur sim card and memory card would reflect in your computer once the wire is inserted. Please contact me in case issue is not resolved.

I have photo's in my phone that i don't want to lose as i'm thinking of getting another phone just brought a memory card but can't transfer from phone to card .

while entering contacts from an old phone to a new phone ( both phones complete with sim cards , after the second contact I found that the contacts were transferred from old to new , so I only had to enter one contact and the lot were moved over
on that logic try moving the photos the same way using the photo icon and see if that works
or you can download the user manual for the phone and follow the instructions there
