Disable DEP. You need to edit the boot.ini file which is normally located in c:\ and change a parameter in there.
Here is how you could do this:
Hit Windows + R and type cmd and press enter.
Navigate to c:\ by typing cd until you are there.
Boot.ini is hidden and write protected which means that we have to change that before we are able to edit it.

Type the following commands:

  1. attrib -r -h -s boot.ini
  2. edit boot.ini
  3. Look for /NoExecute Optin or /NoExecute Optout and change that to /NoExecute AlwaysOff
  4. Save the edited file
  5. type attrib +h +r +s boot.ini
  6. restart the computer
The NoExecute command defines if and how Data Execution Prevention is enabled on your computer. The AlwaysOff parameter turns it off completely.

Remove any toolbars from add/remove programs list.
Check the log files and see what caused the original error.
If error was caused by an un needed program,Uninstall it.

To resolve this problem, remove and reinstall your printer. To do this, follow these steps.

Note Because there are several versions of Microsoft Windows, the following steps may be different on your computer. If they are, see your product documentation to complete these steps.

  1. Click Start, and then click Printers and Faxes.
  2. In the Printers and Faxes dialog box, right-click your default printer, and then click Delete.
  3. In the Printers dialog box, click Yes when you receive the following message: Are you sure you want to delete the printer 'your printer'?
  4. In the Printers dialog box, click OK when you receive the following message: Warning: The default printer has been deleted. The new default printer is 'your new printer'.
  5. In the Printers and Faxes dialog box, click the File menu, and then click Add Printer.
  6. Follow the directions in the Add Printer Wizard.
  7. After the Add Printer Wizard has completed, check your printer to make sure that it is the default printer.

Note The default printer will have a small check mark. If your printer is not the default printer, right-click your printer, and then click Set as default printer.

There are a couple of solutions to this. First, have you recently installed any movies files? And you may need to run your anti-virus and anti-spyware software, as this can be the root of the problem here. Another solution is to disable thumbnail view for .avi files.
If all else fails and you can recall when the problem first occurred, and restore your computer back to a date before this happened. This may fix the problem. You'll need to know what file was downloaded or copied to your computer around the time is first occurred.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks, Raph30

well i would recommend you find out which program as actually giving you that pop up, hit the windows key and the r key at the same time in the box type eventvwr and press enter. then go through the application logs, it should say the exact error message and then tell you it's origin. you can then either remove the application or disable that popup in its menu

Hello Mclauwers,
0x00000000 mean "Divide by zero error"
Divide by zero error A divide by zero is caused when a DIV instruction is executed and the divisor is 0. Memory corruption (or other hardware problems) or software failures can cause this.

To resolve this issue, use the appropriate method:
  • If either software or hardware can cause a particular trap, a debug is required to determine which is the cause. If you suspect a hardware problem, try the following hardware troubleshooting steps:
    1. Test the RAM in the computer by running the diagnostic software that is provided by the computer manufacturer. Replace any RAM that is reported as bad. Also, make sure that all the RAM in the computer is the same speed.
    2. Try removing or swapping out controllers, cards, or other peripherals.
    3. Try a different motherboard on the computer.
  • If you are over clocking the speed of your processor, set it back to the speed at which it is designed to run.
  • Check with the hardware vendor for any updated hardware drivers or BIOS updates, or both.
For more information on processor faults, consult an Intel processor reference manual.

Also use a system utility tool like RegInOut to fix registry & different operating system errors.

Unable to use my documents

The application you are using most likely has an error. I would uninstall the software and reinstall it, then try opening the document.

You probably need to check for errors on your hard drive by right clicking on the drive and choose properties. Then a window will pop up and have a tab called "Tools." Use the error check.
