HP OfficeJet 7310 All-In-One Carriage Jam

We have an HP OfficeJet 7310 All-In-One and every single time someone sends us a fax the paper gets stuck at the end of the page. The paper still comes out easily but it does this for every piece after that. Most of the time the ink is all scribley too so you can't even read it. Please help!!!

I think you need to clean the back rollers of the printer.

Follow this hp document and it should clear up the issue. The error is for out of paper but the fix is the same. Step four is the one you need.

Have a HP officejet 7310 with error message that reads "carriage jam" this occured after clearing a paper jam???


You have to make sure you have gotten all the scraps out, and if you put fingerprints on the clear strip behind the carriage, you will need to clean them off with a Q-tip.

open the lid ,you will see the cartridge track(steel bar) look both end of the track you will find something stuck over there most likely paper chip
