Question about Lincoln Conveyor Oven - 1133-000-A
Everything seems to be working fine for a while then randomly the belt will stop moving. If you pull on the conveyor it will start up again just seems to hang up. There are no noticeable spots where it is catching on something. Have taken the conveyor out and cleaned it as well as the inside.
Thank you for your time,

Brushes in the motor can cause this also the drive speed pick up being dirty can cause this problem. The pickup is the mechanism that tells the motor control how fast the motor is going, it reads either a disc or a magnet on the top of the motor. This should be clean and the pickup should be about the thickness of a credit card away from the magnet (if a magnet is used).

We had that problem and found the belt was slipping on the track. We removed 1 or 2 belt links with needle nose pliers to tighten the belt and had no further probelms.

This could possibly be caused by the brushes in the conveyor motor. they might be worn out or sicking.
