Problem for Sony Handycam DCR-TRV730 Digital-8 Digital Camcorder
Playback mode sporatic on Sony Handycam Digital 8 DCR TRV730

Even after some head cleanings, my Sony TRV730 will only play back tapes with pauses every few seconds. It doesn't seem to matter if the tapes were recorded as 8mm, Hi8 or Digital 8. Recording doesn't seem to pose any problems. Any ideas?
