Where do i find the battery charger for my mitsuba dv304 lm

I would suggest that to get a diagnosis of the fault that you take it to a reputable camera shop and get some idea of the problem
preferable a shop that sells that make of camera

You could try to buy a charger from Polaroid, but not only will that be expensive, it could be almost impossible to find the same one you had.
I do use two universal chargers, for my camera's. mine are from GP, but I'm convinced there are other brands to. One charger, I need to adjust the spacing between the contacts, but not tree are chargers, that don't need any adjustment. The voltage needed, is found by the charger, the moment you connect the battery.
Because I do have a Kodak (3,7V) a Canon (3,7 volt) and a Nikon (7,2 volt) I have to adjust, but all batteries are charged every time.
When traveling I only need to take one charger for 2 or 3 different cameras. Next camera? I can leave the charger in the box.

duracell can work for 5hours

It usually takes around 16 hours for the first charge. Then a few hours after that. When you charge the battery and it is fully charged, the light on the charger will change from red to green. I would not recommend charging it any less then that amount of time as it will cut battery life back dramatically over time.
