You really want to try to repair this? even if the screen could cost more than the whole tablet?
Apart from the fact, it could be impossible to buy a new screen.
These tablets are not brought to the market, with the intention to repair them, if something happens, so to get the spare parts, could be a hell of a job. Please safe yourself a lot of frustration, and buy a new tablet. Really it is a lot cheaper.
Cracked screens are not repaired under warranty. You have to pay for that. You could go to a phone repair shop and ask what it will cost you if they do a repair. To my guess it could cost more than a new Tablet, so look what a new one costs, before you say please repair the screen of my tablet.
It would cost more money to replace the touch screen than to just buy a new tablet pc. It cannot be repaired without putting in a brand new touch screen.
Actually, when you ask, you don't have enough skills to do it yourself, but you could try ifixit.com. There you fine manuals, videos and tutorials, about how to repair stuff like your tablet. Perhaps they even did your tablet. The info there is for free. If you need tools and or spare parts they also can help, but that will cost.
If the screen is cracked you would be better off just getting a new tablet - i fix them for a living and only Apple tablets are worth fixing - mainly because they are so expensive and even so replacement screens cost a lot.
The screen has probably cracked. Screens are replaceable, but I wouldn't suggest trying to do it yourself. Get it done in a shop. Gateway will tell you how much it will cost.
