Question about Samsung HT-Q100 System
Thought I was going to get a response from FixYa - your website said queries answered with no charge - if I had wanted the premium service I would have gone straight for it but as there was no hurry I decided to go for the other option, it does not appear I will receive a solution from you and have therefore taken my unit back to the Samsung service centre for repair.
