Depending on how long youve had the unit i mean only to remind you of the 30 days guarantee also i would look close all around the machine's face and sides to make sure that its not set in (output to another system mode.) or mabey you may have a mute button pressed by accident...other than that there are no user servicable parts on the Bose Wave system and it would have to be looked at by a certified tech. hope i could help..
