- the dishes on the bottom rack get fairly clean but the top rack has little food specks all over them. also some cups will always have a puddle of water after cleaning but now there's puddles with bits of food. this also is not a problem of how i load the dishwasher as i have tried several ways with the least amount of obstruction for top rack cleansing.- Guest
