My peeve is the print out of an email is tiny and no amount of changing things fixes the problem. I have no idea what it looks like when I send out an email. I have no time for this bull..

Changing font size for reading in Outlook and Gmail
To read Mail in a larger font in Outlook:
Hold down Ctrl while turning the scroll wheel on your mouse down.
In Outlook 2007 and later, alternatively
Open the message in its own window.
Click Other Actions.
Select Zoom... from the menu.
Choose the desired zoom level.
Outlook will not remember the zoom level.
Since this does not work with plain text emails (the mouse wheel does), also select Tools ' Options... from the menu, go to the Mail Format tab, click Fonts... and use the Choose Font... button under When composing and reading plain text: to choose a bigger font. The above instructions are courtesy of About.com.
The same thing happened to me. All of a sudden, the email inbox and saved favorite places lists have changed to a crummy small font & the letters "bleed" together. Very difficult to read & there's no way to change it! Grrr!!
You can increase the font size by going to your browser's settings and changing the font size from there. How to get to these settings depends on which browser you use. An alternative is decreasing the resolution of your monitor.
You can quickly adjust the font size by holding down the Ctrl
key and rotating the mouse wheel forward or backward. If you're unable to change
the font size using the mouse wheel, hold down the Ctrl key and
then click the + or - key to increase or
decrease the text size. Below is a link for AOL with more information. Thanks For using FixYa
You will need to find the font & font size options on the AOL email system. The font will be what the letters look like and font size will be how large the letters are. Standard font and font size is Times New Roman 12 (this message is in that font and size). You can increase the font size from anywhere like 14 to 72 or so. Try 18 or 20.
Hold down the ctrl key and press the = key ... it will make it bigger if it gets too big hold down the ctrl key and then press the - _ key - they are both located after the 0 top row of numbers... hope it helps :)
