Question about Washing Machines
Plumbed in my son's washing machine which had been idle for months after a house move. I switched it on and the door light was flashing. I then then pressed the the reset button and it went bang! What could have caused it and which component is likely to be at fault? Any advice would be appreciated.
You will probably need to look inside it underneath and under the top cover and see if there are any tell tale scorch marks.
wires can sometimes rub off their insulation and may be shorting, but untill you look there's not much we can tell you.
