Question about Samsung CLP 300 Laser Printer
Paper jam inside the printer, then my daughter opened the back cover to remove paper without turn the printer off. After she removed the paper out of the printer the cover cannot closed back.
When you open the back cover you will seee a metal ber with 4 grey roller on it. There are 2 black plastic bit spanning the rollers (2 each one spnas 2 rollers). these need to be pushed upwards so that the click up (the back of the plastic bits will push past the bar behind as the bar they are on flexes). once you have done this the cover will close. It only took me 2 days to figure it out....

Tips for a great answer:
Clearing credit card-sized paper jammed inside the printer
Credit card-sized and 4" x 6" sized paper must be loaded properly. If this media is not loaded properly, it will feed into the printer and will not exit. Credit card-sized paper should only be loaded in the ASF and in portrait orientation. 4" x 6" sized paper can be loaded in the ASF or cassette. But must be loaded portrait orientation.
If credit card-sized paper was loaded in landscape orientation in the ASF and did not eject (exit), please follow this procedure.
