Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

This error is a registry error and it is with Windows 7 I presume.
This will take a Windows Tech at Microsoft to get a solution.
The registry is not to be tampered with unless you a very learned in this area.
I don't recommend giving instruction to anyone who is not familar with the registry.
My recommendation is to call Microsofts tech support.
It looks as though the mail file for the SP1 file is corrupt and will not load the dynamc link library for the Outlook or Outlook expess ( SP1 = Service Pack 1)

It wont let me on anything it the notebook keeps saying application iesample.exe ecncountered a serious error and must shut down

Hello, Please follow the these steps from Microsoft to correct the situation:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/831432

This problem occurs because one of the following browser helper objects (BHO) is installed on your computer:
  • BuyersPort
  • Morpheus
  • Morpheus Shopping Club
  • WURLD Shopping Community
Additionally, you logged on to the computer with a limited user account. The BHO tries to modify certain system files and Windows Registry entries that require administrative credentials to access. As a result, when the BHO cannot access these files and registry entries, Internet Explorer stops abruptly.

Dell Studio Laptop- Cannot Log On Message- User Profile Service Failed Log on User Profile cannot be loaded

I had one case like this before where there was another user on the machine who loaded the user profile hive in the registry and then forgot to unload it. Therefore when the user tried to log in, it gave them the message just like yours because it's "in use" by the registry. If there is another user on your machine, please ensure that this person unloaded the hive in the registry. And then try logging in again. Please let me know if the problem persists. If my suggestion works, please do rate me. Thanks.

Error Message - Failed to get data for SchemeAC

This is generated by a program that is run at start-up and it is being denied access to a resource due to the permissions of the user. As long as it isn't a critical app (probably isn't), you can just ignore it or if your feel courageous, you can investigate by downloading autoruns.zip from the Microsoft website. It is a utility developed by SysInterrnals (bought by MS s few years back) that will display every program that starts up through entries in the registry, start-up files (autoexec.bat), and a host of other ways. By going to the Logon tab, you can see what was started when this user logged into the system. Look for anything that says SchemeAC and disable it. Log out and login again. The error message should not appear. This needs to be done for the current user only, not the Administrator.

Registry file failure

If the last suggestion i posted didn't work, you need to put in your Windows CD on boot up and when it asks if you want to repair or install press 'R' for repair, this should repair any damaged registry files and Windows files.
