  1. Click start
  2. then accessories
  3. then Paint (Windows only)
  4. From the program, click file, then open.
  5. Select the file you want to convert from whatever location you have placed it.
  6. Open the file in Paint.
  7. Then click file, then save as.
  8. In the window that opens, type a new file name, then save.

READ: Before you submit a help request....

When you post a problem on Fixya, it is frustrating to have no information given by the person asking for help.
You wouldn't go to the emergency room unless you had symptoms, and you wouldn't expect help unless you could explain the problem you are having.
I frequently post clarification requests that say give more info please. Here is the minimum that you should provide when you ask for help, either from Fixya or from anyone else.
The Problem: Is it a blue screen, computer does not turn on, a certain game doesn't work, you get a weird popup on the screen, No picture on screen, etc., etc.
Your computer's specifications: Right Click "computer", select properties and note the following:
Version of windows
You should also include what antivirus you are using if any.
(see picture below)

Frequency: has this happened once, or multiple times? If you get a single crash, restart and try again. If it keeps happening, include that as well.
Changes to your system: Have you recently installed more memory, added a new hard drive of CD drive? Has your home been hit by lightning or flooded?
What have you tried so far? If you have already run your system diagnostics (not all PC's include a diagnostic) you should include that as well. If you haven't tried anything yet, that is OK, but just include that as well. This will help the tech to help you with your problem, and provide faster, more relevant solutions.
As always, good luck in your endeavors!1_6_2012_4_42_22_am.jpg

Hallo my name is samrat and i got a message on 13.05.11 which stated that my resume has been selected by Company HRD and my offer letter already attached by the link . And also it says...

I'm sorry but this is a Hoax. On a PC I was able to download the file by clicking the request ticket button and then the download button. The file is a .jpg which should be an indicator that it is a Scam. A normal company would never use a .jpg image as a official document.
Upon reading the file it is clear it is a scam. For an interview they are requesting you donate over $8000 cash.
Sorry but this is a scam.
I was able to download the file and scan for viruses. Here is the file:

Game graphical error

Wierd, I had this problem once, updating my driver simply fixed it. Do this: 1) Remove all nvidia products and drivers from your computer. 2) Reboot computer of course. 3) Go to Nvidi'as website and download the correct latest driver for your graphics card. 4) Reboot again. 5) Go test the game.

In game graphic card goes mad.

I've only seen this happen when the card is failing- usually from heat (did you overclock the card?), sometimes from power reulation issues. Most likely, the card is ruined. What is the wattage on your power supply? Id the power supply is a little weak, spring for a better one- they aren't very expensive. Your best option is to return the card immediately, be careful if you overclock it, make sure you have enough fans/cooling apparatus in your PC case (these are also cheap), and make sure you have a decent PSU.

Game textures problem

Try uninstalling the driver and all nvidia products, download the latest driver from nvidia's website. If that doesnt work, then your motherboard is the problem. Older AGP motherboards tend to have problems witht eh geforce 6200/6600 series cards, I recommend updating those drivers and seeing what the deal is.
