my blackberry wiped out i dont have the software so can someone please tell me how to get my blackberry back for use?

- it is a blackberry curve 8310....when it turns on its just a white screen and it says JUM ERROR 513 Reset..and it wont let me reset!Jan 28, 2009

OK, you should do a hard reset. To do a hard reset you must take the battery out for 30 seconds and
hold the power button down for that amount of time. After which, put
the battery back in and let it reboot. That should get ya back to factory default and let it boot properly
