It comes up as unsupported mode and then works but then no volume

The show you are attempting watch is being broadcast or streamed at a resolution and/or refresh rate that your television will not support. It goes to black screen to protect the horizontal and vertical circuits from damage, after a certain number of attempted resets, it will display the unsupported mode until you change away from that broadcast or stream.

how can i playback my videos if it comes up with unsupported scene, it has a blue box with a white question mark in it and i cant play it back

Att is the quite mode, Press the volume button down it will turn off att Mode, That is for when your on phone or something, Then you can mute it kind of.

Sometimes some games need a different graphic cards for it. Your computer may need to be upgrade with one.

Where is your TV sound coming from? Is there a volume control at the source?

While turning the PS3 on from standby, hold down the power button until the unit beeps twice (it'll beep once right away, and again maybe 5-10 seconds later). That should reset the video output of the unit back to default, and you can go from there picking supported resolutions.

I have the same problem with my 360 i am just going to by a new tv i cant find the remote code. or any thing and the hdmi port don't work that's my answer this TV sucks and it is ****..

You could try to run in compatibility mode by right clicking the program executable file and choosing properties, once that comes up look for a tab that says compatibility.

You may have to try different settings to get it to work. Win95 or 98 mode should. The display settings may help as well.

the problem is in your settings on the pc video settings. resolution is too high would be my guess. good luck
