Question about Yahoo Mail
my band has a domain email@example.com and we send messages to multiple yahoo addresses at once who have joined our mailing list. Recently we have discovered that all the messages we send end up in the recipients junk folders. We were wondering if there is any fee we can pay or way that we can stop this problem from happening as it means people do not recieve our messages.

This issue is an issue with Yahoo! email spam settings and not necessarily your domain email.
To resolve this issue, your recipients using Yahoo! email addresses need to change their spam settings, by going to the Spam folder and clicking [ Edit Settings ] in the gray box. In these options and settings, the recipients can modify what is considered spam and what is not considered spam.
Also, it is advised that the recipients check their Spam folders frequently, since your emails may still end up in that folder. If there is new mail in the Spam folder, there will be a number next to the folder name (In this case, Spam) and it will be in bold face text.

Tips for a great answer:
If you have a free email account (gmail, juno, yahoo, etc.) just get a new address. Juno will send you email on behalf of their advertisers and these do not contain unsub options. And they won't stop, so just cancel your account and go to gmail where they have no unsolicited spam advertizing. Alternatively, you could do what I had to do on my business account and track down the owners of the domains sending the spam emails as well as the company hosting their services. I politely requested an end to the emails and when I got the next one I forwarded it to their own email accounts. It is not too difficult to track down the info needed, just do a WHOIS search on the domain name, i.e., go to www.whois.net and enter the domain (such as fixya.com) and you will be presented with the registrant's info. In some cases...such as the example here, you will be directed to another domain registrar (GoDaddy) and search there. In this example you will locate an email address for the domain administrator (firstname.lastname@example.org). A firm and well-worded request followed by an inbox of their own junk did wonders. I now receive NO more spam. Good luck.

This is what I got from Yahoo messenger live chat --- so dont worry its not a virus or malware -- just a screw up on yahoo's end.....
