Question about Apple iPhone Smartphone
Try switching to 24-hour time on both PC and iPhone and set both to sync with "atomic clock" time (time.apple.com Win has one too) Are the minutes right? If not, the "daylight-savings" solution is incorrect.

I think it has to do the daylight savings time. Try turning off he auto correct on the iphone under settings
