Contact the manufacture and tell them your kid was playing around with it and accidently locked it. They might make you send it in or/and charge you a fee. Good luck.

Hi i bought one of these from ebay and it had a password, i took it to the place that i was going to have it installed and they new someone who could reset the password. the unit has been installed and working great ever since
