Question about Brother MFC-3220C Plain Paper Inkjet Fax
I tried to copy a document. No copy came out. I tried to shut it down. Now it just says "Shutting down after copy job complete". Cannot shut it off, cannot change to fax mode. When I left it unplugged overnight, the same message came back on as soon as I pluged it in.
Well, if STOP/EXIT does not work, and niether the Cancel Document in windows, then you'd maybe have to get the paper out by yourself. unplug your printer, adn then open up where the paper goes out, now slightly push it towards you, and then plug it in, and keep doing the pushing. Tell me if it works. remember to do it not in a hard way, just soft. Good luck.

The only thing I can find in the manual (link below) is to press "STOP/EXIT" to cancel the job. http://welcome.solutions.brother.com/BSC/Public/files/dlf/doc000013/FaxMFCBase_UsEngUsr.pdf There is a help page on the Brother site below: http://welcome.solutions.brother.com/BSC/public/us/us/en/model_top/colormfc/mfc3220c_us.html?reg=us&c=us&lang=en&prod=mfc3220c_us
