I receive an Network error the connection for the server was lost X8002A548 or D35 or D4512 or D3505 when I try to connect to the PlayStation Home. This happens only when I log in to my PlayStation Home. The web browser and the PlayStation network is still can use.

I gave up with this because of all the network errors everyone gets. That is all I can tell you to do is stop trying for a couple of weeks and then try. When I did this it worked and now only occasionally disconnects.
