C0500 refers to a low fuser temperature. You can attempt to clear the code by using the tech rep service mode. Go to "Counter" Go to "Trouble" Trouble reset If "warm Restart Swich" is asked for- This can be actuated through a small access hole on the right side of the control panel, using a straightened paper clip or something similar. You may need to clear the counter by pressing "clear" and then "end". After clearing the code, power cycle the copier. If it comes to "ready" you are all set. If not, you may have a blown heat lamp or thermal fuse which would need to be replaced by a technician. Good Luck!!

SOURCE: How do I get to Tech Rep Service Mode on Minoltas to clear C0500 error code?
I need to know m/c model
SOURCE: I am getting an error code C0500.
Depends on the model of you Konica Minolta. The CO500 is usually related to fusing temp. It's possible that a power spike or a thunder storm that knocked out power to the building would caused this.
